Food Dieting And Health

Hello every body! How are you, I would to like share my views on dieting and health. I am fine and healthy just because I maintain good diet and I take food with its natural ingredients. And I use some tricks and tips of herbal products, most of them are from our kitchen garden and some herbal product from online and offline stores.

I told that I take food with its natural ingredients, but it does not mean that I always take raw food. I know how difficult it is to take raw food as we all adapted to delicious dishes from our mothers. But we can create delicious half boiled and half fried dishes. And we can take fistful of soaked grain cereals as breakfast.

I recommend vegetarianism. You need to eat a varied diet that includes all the different food types. A properly planned vegetarian diet is high in fibre and low in saturated fats. And we have to cut down on sugar, animal fats and refined foods and replace them with vegetables, grain cereals, unsaturated fats and fresh fruits.

Most of us, I observed, we prefer certain foods depend to a large extent on its external appeal. Restaurants and Bakeries use some additives such as stabilizers, artificial colors, flavours, emulsifiers and some preservatives to give the processed foods good appeal. But no one knows the long term effects of these additives on our health, there are some evidences that they cause allergies and hyperactivity.

When ever you go to buy fruits and vegetables take care that they are fresh, discolored and cracked fruits and vegetable indicate a mineral deficiency, they will not serve our purpose.

I told that I use some tricks and tips of herbal products from kitchen garden.
From our kitchen garden the almost all spices are herbals, now I talk about indigestion.
If there is a lack of hunger, sour belching and indigestion squeeze a lemon in half glass of water and add sugar to it. Drink it daily. Drink mixture of a spoonful of ginger juice, lemon and mineral salt with a glass of water. And on the core of pineapple sprinkle powder of black pepper and salt, eat it. This removes indigestion. Papaya is also helpful to cure this problem.

Cut a red onion and squeeze a lemon on it and eat it as salad with the food. In case of a child just give 5 drops of onion juice.

I suggest read news papers, magazines and books on diet control, and fallow your doctors advice as he know well about your physical condition of your body. And of course you start google search above for health, food and other diet related topics.
